- "Cables" are attached to the sides of the toe-plates. Yes, they are
- useable with the Voile release system (why not? they're made by the
- same company). Story I heard was that the design was thought up 40
- odd years ago by some Norweigian fellow, but only got put into
- practice (here, at least) last year.
