  18. When I was a ski patroller, we used to call these "leg twisters". *Every*
  19. major leg injury I witnessed was on people wearing these damn things. Luckily,
  20. the word went out that they were dangerous, and they are not sold much
  21. anymore. (Probably due to liability suits!)
