- One legged squat:
- Pick up one leg, position the foot at your standing leg's knee.
- Balance on one leg and do squats (you don't have to go very low ).
- Switch legs after about 10.
- This helps your balance and build leg strength.

- I use a wind trainer to help to coordinate the
- muscle firing in my knees and practice Aikido to
- work on flexibility and flow.

- stretching exercises before and after skiing to loosen
- up the joints.
