  13.      I understand that National has published a revised JLT manual;
  14. however, I understand that it has run out of copies and is in the
  15. process of reprinting them.  My council (Narragansett) doesn't have a
  16. copy. Can anyone out there send me a copy?  I'd be more than happy to
  17. pay for copying and mailing costs.  Among the changes in the program is
  18. something called "Ethics in Action."  The latest issue of Scouting
  19. magazine had a brief article on JLT.
