  25. Whether it is against the law or not I ask you -- How intelligent
  26. is it to teach a knot like this to 11 and 12 year olds.  I have 
  27. seen many stupid pranks pulled by scouts while working at summer
  28. camp and I certainly know that a few of them get out of hand.
  29. Of course, what's the difference between this knot and a good
  30. slipknot which also binds.  i.e. if it happens(I think I know
  31. what everyone is thinking) It can happen without the use of 
  32. a hangman's noose.
