- I have a great appreciation for Galloway and his training until
- you get to his track work outs. I realize that marathon training
- is controversial at best but track workouts that lead you to
- 11 times a mile are every agressive by most standards and for
- a first - it's injury prone. Galloway has softened his views on
- intervals most particularly for longer rest and total miles.
