- I would like to know people's opinions on the Asics Gel 120
- vs. the Gel Lyte Vs. The 120s are discontinued so I got them at 30%
- off ($55) while the Vs are brand new so I got them around $77. I can
- afford both pairs of shoes, but I obviously don't want to spend more
- money than I have to. I bought both pairs and plan to return one.
- The will be used for high-mileage training and (hopefully) a marathon
- in March.
- The major difference is padding in the front. The 120s have
- none while the Vs have Gel in the front as well as the back. How
- necessary is that to someone who doesn't have "perfect feet" and is
- especially prone to knee and shin injuries
- I would like anyone 's opinion about either one of these shoe
- types. Thanks.
-
- Personal note to everyone who requested information about
- trail shoes (from a previous posting): Finals just ended and I will
- sift through my mail soon, I promise! I just need to cat all the
- messages together. Sorry So Slow.
