  13. This isn't quite a munitions plant accident but some fool here in San Antonio
  14. was cutting a hole in a 3000 gallon gas tank.  He thought the container was
  15. empty and had supposedly been fume tested.  Well, it wasn't.  The explosion
  16. blew out windows and doors in a 5 block radius (about .75 km)  The cutter was
  17. uninjured(what a miracle)  but the trailer and truck that the tank was on
  18. was pretty well destroyed, i.e. all the glass was gone and the cab was badly
  19. bent.  The tank was knocked off the truck while one end of the tank was
  20. launched as a projectile, tearing a big hole in the roof of a quonset-type
  21. building.
