  12. To EVERYONE who was nice enough to answer me, either on the net or
  13. in e-mail, *thank* you.

  15. Thanks to everyone's kind advice, it seems wisest to just try and
  16. buy these small snappers/poppers/crackers/mini-explosives rather
  17. than invest in the chemicals and body armour necessary to make
  18. the stuff.

  20. Lots of people said I ought to be able to get them cheaper (than
  21. six or seven for a buck) but I'm still not sure where. Lots of
  22. folks said they are more easily attainable around the 4th of
  23. July but I'm *still* not sure where. I live in Minnesota, if 
  24. that makes a difference (folks have to travel to Wisconsin to
  25. buy fireworks, I know that much).
