  16. I don't want to start a flame war or anything, but I feel that cats are
  17. outdoor creatures who condesend to allow humans to suppliment their diet
  18. with inferior tinned food (from their perspective!).
  19. A cat is a carnivore, that needs to be able to hunt within it's guarded
  20. terratory. To restrict a cat to any indoor only environment is
  21. psycologically damaging for the cat (in my opinion), and causes them to be
  22. more aggressive than normal. Any attempt to minimise the damage that cats
  23. inflict because of mental cruelty by humans *cannot* include physical
  24. mutliation.

  27.     THEY NEED GREENERY AND LIVING PREY.

  29. PS yes, I do live in a city. Yes, I do own a cat. Yes, I has brought me
  30. *live* birds to teach me to hunt (it took me 2 days to get the bird out of
  31. my house! :-( ). No, my cat will nmever be de-clawed.
