- One of my cats had the same type of problem. There are a couple of things
- you can try that I think might have helped.

- One thing is to make sure there is plenty of FRESH water available,
- especially if the cat eats only dry food. I had one of those automatic
- water bowls that always kept the bowl filled. I noticed she was not
- drinking from it (she would sniff it, and walk away). I assumed it was
- not fresh enough, so I now put out fresh water twice a day.

- Another thing to try is a good dose of hairball medicine.

- been a coincidence).
