  12. Whoops. I obviously did not provide enough info when I posted a request for
  13. a Boston stud.

  15. As I mentioned, I want to breed my 3 year old in the spring. I described her as
  16. pet quality because she has no proven show experience or champion lineage. I
  17. own both her sire and dam and they are both healthy, well-tempered dogs.

  19. While they have not been judged in obedience or other competition I am confident
  20. that they are good pets and good examples of the breed.  All three (and all
  21. the other puppies produced by the sire and dam) dogs fit well within the AKC 
  22. guidelines in all aspects.

  24. I want to breed her because I still have a substantial amount of interest in
  25. puppies from people who were too late to get a puppy the last time -- 3 years
  26. ago! (I also would like another Boston but don't tell my husband :*)) I also
  27. have my vet's support on breeding her.

  29. A few of you pretty much pointed out that if I knew what I was doing (as a
  30. breeder) I certainly wouldn't be _posting_ for a stud. Well, let me set your
  31. mind(s) at ease, I meant to use the response received as a starting point, not
  32. as a closed set of options. Also, I have not been able to get involved in a
  33. Boston Terrier club here in central ohio. I'd appreciate any info on that if
  34. you have it too. My main hobby is horses - riding not breeding so you'll have
  35. to excuse me (please) if I am not *up* on my doggy ediquette.
