- Hey everyone...
-
- Just thought I should drop a lnie to thank this group for all the advice I
- received a while back on buns. I adopted Tuxedo - my first and thus far
- only bun - fromthe humane society. After 4 books and lots of other research
- including reading this group, I felt very prepared - but not to fall in love
- like I have!
-
- Tux - who is a GIRL (I just fund this out after two months when I took him/her
- to the vet for a nail clipping) - is absolutely adorable. I tell bun stories
- to my friends for hours. (-:
-
- I must recommend the HRH. The vet I went to said I was one of the most informed new bun owners he'd run across.
- informed new bun owners he'd run across. Thanks, too, for all the advice!
-
- Before I get further sidetracked...
-
- Does anyone know how to get Tux from digging my shag carpeting? It started
- about two weeks ago and I thought it was just because she needed her nails
- trimmed. That successfully done, she kept digging. I gave her a box with
- lots of plastic garment bags, which she absolutely adores. She digs and
- arranges - but never seems to chew - the bags. But she still attacks alsmost
- every cornor she can find with shag carpet - not only with claws, but teeth too.
-
- I've tried the bitter apple spray and even perfume, but nothing seems ot work.
-
- I'm afriad she'll get a nail stuck and cause some damage, not to mention the
- carpet destruction she's causing!
-
- Please forward advice to the address below as I'm only an infrequent reader
- of this group (time constraints...). Thanks in advance and long live
- house bunnies!!!
