  19. Just a sec-- are you saying that if the answer to this question is
  20. "no", that's a reason to not use the terms?  If we did that-- didn't allow
  21. things because they would place too much strain on our conflict checking
  22. system-- then it sounds to me like it's our conflict checking system's
  23. problem!  To me, that would seem like the College of Heralds' bureaucracy
  24. getting in the way of recreation for sure!
