  11. Given that SCA fealty practices are less than ideal, and that
  12. we're going to keep Crown Tournies, the definition of Crown
  13. (Sovereign and Consort acting in concert) presently in Corpora,
  14. and that the beauracracy is a seperate problem, what is the
  15. minimum set of principles neccessary to define a fealty structure
  16. that would be suitably period and praticable?
