  13. To my mind, an old arab proverb best describes what makes the SCA different
  14. and worthwhile.  For us " a stranger is truly just a brother or a sister we
  15. have not yet met ".....

  17. When I dropped the original pebble into the pond with my article "through a
  18. looking glass, darkly", I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity as to why there
  19. were few black faces around.  The many waves and reflections as the postings
  20. drifted away have instead taught me much about what we are, and why we do what
  21. we do.   Thank you all.
