- Did anybody pay the twenty-plus dollars for the special boxed-booklet
- edition of "99.9 Fahrenheit degrees"? I saw it in a record store and,
- although the stupid thing was shrink-wrapped, it looked as though there
- were a LOT of photos and things contained inside. Unfortunately, I
- already purchased the "normal" CD, and didn't have the money to get this
- new one. But as Ms. Vega's last 2 albums (99.9 and "Days of Open Hand")
- have such GREAT art direction in their CD booklet layout (my roommate
- owns the hologram "Days" CD and it is way-cool), I am very curious as to
- what is contained in the 99.9 Special Limited Edition.
-
- If anybody has it, would it be much trouble for you to talk about the
- contents? Like, perhaps, go so far as to describe what is contained in
- each photo? (You know, "B&W portrait of SV in a jumpsuit swinging her
- guitar at a painting of a Cornish game hen" or something). I know you
- won't let me down.
-
- I am proud to say that when Ms. Vega visited Los Angeles to do her
- autograph session at the Wherehouse, she not only signed my "Solitude
- Standing" CD but my roommate actually got her to say "Elvis is not
- cosmic" to his super8mm camera. We haven't gotten the film back yet.
