- You've seen by now that Grand Funk Railroad (an American band)
- did the original. My contribution of further trivia is that
- Nash The Slash (a Briton) did a cover of this song on his album
- "American Band-ages".
-
- I thought Nash was Canadian from Toronto.
-
- Also a must-hear is his cover of "Psychotic Reaction", originally
- by the Count Five. Nash combines the 60s song of obsessive love
- with a voiceover reading John Hinkley's letters to Jodie Foster.
-
- ps what else has nash done besides 10E6-year picnic & and you
- thought you were normal? (and the numan tracks)
-
- He has a cut on the Highway 61 soundtrack album (a Canadian movie).
