  20. Check in soc.culture.celtic. There is a post titled something like 
  21. "Internet access in the UK." Surprisingly there is a part about 
  22. halfway down about a company in the US that offers modem-based inter-
  23. net access. Fees aren't excessive - a one-time membership fee and a 
  24. monthly fee and _no_ connect time fee if you live in a "class A city".
