  13.   Are you SURE there is a clear path from the tank to the carb?  Can you blow
  14. into the overflow line and see fuel squirt into the carb?  It sounds like you
  15. may have something jammed in the spray-bar in the carb and thus no fuel is
  16. getting to the engine.
