- This probably says more about the lack of quality MA books than
- it does about Tegner's "works". I never saw anything in his
- books which I considered redeeming. His Jujutsu style was 1900ish
- or thereabouts. Always looking at Uke while throwing, etc. Many
- of his forms as well as finishing posture was equally weak.

- - historical or otherwise.
