  19. This probably says more about the lack of quality MA books than
  20. it does about Tegner's "works". I never saw anything in his
  21. books which I considered redeeming. His Jujutsu style was 1900ish
  22. or thereabouts. Always looking at Uke while throwing, etc. Many
  23. of his forms as well as finishing posture was equally weak.

  26. - historical or otherwise.
