- I was curious about the various styles of Gung-Fu.......
- I am coming from WTF TKD and would like to begin training in
- Gung-Fu. The closest kwoon to my place teaches Shaolin Chuan-Fa....
- and an acquaintance of mine who trains at another branch of the school
- describes the Gung-Fu style as Five Animal Style......Can anyone tell
- me what the actual name of this style is? Is it Shaolin Chuan-Fa? Or
- is
- it another style, like Hung Gar, or Tai Mantis, etc..... Can anyone
- give me a description of the style?
- i.e. does it emphasize in-close fighting? high kicking? grappling,
- etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks!!
