- There is nothing unusual about body memory. We use it all the time,
- riding a bike for example. That is why we practice; to give set of
- neurons the experience of firing in sequence. LTP (Long Term
- Potentienation) is a current model for the same process in memory
- (cognition as opposed to muscular).

- As for imagery, the literature shows that it is usefull for those
- who already know what they should be doing but not for novices.
- Good behavioural coaching, breaking things down into component parts
- and teaching those in sequence, appears to be the most effective
- method of coaching for beginners.
