- Well, I know I have heard several ways of getting out of a full nelson, but I
- was recenctly told by Nick Cerio at a seminar that if someone actually gets
- you in a full nelson, there is no way out of it. He said that all effective
- techniques basically can only be used as someone is trying to put this hold
- on you, but once you are locked into this hold properly, you can't get out.
- Anyway, this was his opinion and he is a 10th dan, so I think there is a lot
- validity in what he says.
