- This does apply to martial arts from my experience. I learn techniques
- and forms faster with less physical practice than a lot of people at my
- school. I attribute it to my visualization of techiques and forms.
- I often do not have the time to practice physically. I used to have a
- 40 minute commute to work. During that time I would often visualize
- forms (although I would also pay attention to my driving). I learned
- much faster and with more accuracy than others who practiced even more
- physically but not visually at all.
