  17. Uh... yah.  If your site gets rec.guns, check out the "how to interact with
  18. a cop" thread (also an occasional though not current topic on
  19. rec.autos.driving).  Seems that one consequence of the general decay of
  20. society is a certain gooseyness among our well-armed friends in blue when
  21. they make "routine" traffic stops.  You don't want to act apologetic or
  22. suspiciously overcooperative, but you don't want to make any moves toward
  23. anything that might be assumed to be a weapon, either.
