  12. HELP!!! - The idea of exchanging kite plans/designs has me very
  13. excited, but I'm new to the home PC scene and I can not understand your
  14. instructions.

  16. Is there some special software I need to view your plans (?? uudecode,
  17. uncompress, etc. ??).  I have a PC with a dot matrix printer, I also
  18. have software to view GIF files.
