  13.  I killed a duck over the holidays that had a band on it. Does anyone
  14. know the specific address for notifying the proper authorities. The
  15. band just says "write Washington D.C. U.S.A.". I assume that it is the
  16. Dpt. of the Interior but maybe someone else has done this before.
