  13. Arizona does have doe hunts from time to time. You are correct that 
  14. bowhunters could harvest does or bucks in the past, that changed two 
  15. or three years ago. In the Kaibab, there have been several does hunts
  16. for rifle hunters. We (my family) have gone up there a few times in 
  17. the past for the doe hunts. It was a easy draw (we have a lottery for 
  18. large game tags) and the meat was tender and tasty. Your are correct
  19. that the doe hunts are part of managing the herd populations.
