  10. In a package store over the holidays, one run by an Indian gentleman, there
  11. was some difficulty validating a credit card purchase over the phone lines.
  12. He tried several times with the card wipe.
  13.     "It seems they are extremely busy.", he tried again.  "I am terribly
  14. sorry for the delay, sir.  I am having trouble getting the information off
  15. the service."  He made one more attempt, to no avail.  He looked up at me
  16. and smiled, "I see that I will have to be getting it off manually."
