  13. Somewhere in the USA is a woman, originally from Iowa, who is (or was)
  14. named Fonda Dicks.

  16. I saw her name in the Des Moines Register in a listing of Weekly Top
  17. Scorers in girls basketball (high school).  My immediate thought was "where wereher parents' heads when they named her!"

  19. I later saw her name at the University of Northern Iowa.  This was in the 
  20. early '70s.

  22. No idea what became of the woman or if she ever changed her name.

  25. btw... my aunt and uncle's wedding was like a salad dressing - Sweet and
  26. Savory (Dorothy Sweet and Sam Savory).  And yes, that makes him my Uncle Sam.
