  18. (1) Except for Russians (obviously), very few people speak Russian (that I
  19. know of), and that language isn't widely used.

  21. (2) When posting to a worldwide net, it's better to keep it in a language that
  22. many people can understand.  And since money can't be transmitted over the net,
  23. English is a good substitute.  :&)
