  14. #You mentioned "Major load".  I'm assuming IPSC 175.  To do this safely in
  15. #the .40 S&W and without risk of coming in Minor after a match, you really
  16. #need access to a chronograph.  AA#5 should be fine.  I intend to work up a
  17. #175gr LSWC load with it myself.  I'm currently using W231 but it's hot and
  18. #I don't care to mention the charge weight.  Good luck.

  20. Yes, I did mean ISPC Major.  I'd like a chronograph, but the ranges where
  21. I currently shoot all have florescent lights -- I understand that a chrono-
  22. graph may not function.

  24. You mentioned some velocity innacuracies in the AA manual -- I noticed that
  25. they say in their description of AA#5 that it will make Major at 150gr and
  26. above in 40SW .... but not with my calculator and their velocity figures.
