  12. Hi folks.  I posted to another group, got some really helpful information,
  13. and someone also suggested that I post to this group as well. 
  14. Here's my question.  I plan to be traveling soon, leaving NC, going
  15. through SC, GA, AL, and into Mississippi.  I plan on carrying a handgun
  16. for personal protection.  The gun will be a borrowed 9mm.  
  17. My question is about the legality of carrying a handgun in a vehicle.
  18. #From what I've heard, you're not suppose to "conceal" a weapon in a
  19. vehicle.  
  20. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.  Maybe someone can give me some
  21. ideas on who to contact to get the information.  Would highway patrols in
  22. the various states have it?
