- This is rather interesting in that I own a Mini-14 and can attest
- that it is not exactly accurate, although at 50 feet it seems to
- be quite able to group all the shots in a fairly tight pattern. :^>
- A side question here, just how accurate is the M16 firing .223 at
- similar ranges?

- Also, mine has the bicentenial stamping on it, so I suppose
- that the manufacture was in 1976 :^). The quality
- of the metal and workmanship seems to be much better than
- described above. Perhaps the quality went down over the years?
