- I'm looking for an autoloader with large capacity (>15 rounds). I have
- bought the Complete Book of Handguns and found a couple of very
- inexpensive models in there (.22 caliber) with high capacity (whose names
- escape me); I believe they were advertised as holding more than 25 rounds.
- I'm something of a novice with firearms, and so can't remember all the
- details.
-
- I want to get one of these guns because I'm afraid they'll soon be
- unavailable; I'll have my required permits and so forth on Tuesday, the
- 29th, after which I have 60 days to purchase before my permit to buy
- expires. As things stand, I'd like to get one of these inexpensive
- weapons, but I thought I should appeal to the greater wisdom of the true
- experts out there before jumping in and possibly squandering money (and
- ending up with an inferior model).
-
- I'm assuming that you guys know what I'm talking about so I'll just ask:
- Are the guns I've found in the buyer's guide good ones? If not, can you
- recommend ones which would qualify, given my criteria (high number of
- rounds, autoloader, and price <$700)?
