- When you typed "M14/M-1", did you mean the M-14 and the semi-auto civilian
- version, the M-1A, or the original M-1 Garand? The last info I had from the
- gov'ment specifically exempted the M-1 Garand from the restricted category,
- probably on the grounds that the 8-rd. clip was un-alterable. I'm rather
- concerned as I informally collect WWII vintage rifles and I'm rather proud of
- my M-1. I'd hate to see it melted down.
