- My solder alloy melting temperature guide gives the following data:
- percents are listed by mass

- Temp %tin %lead %silver
- 183C (361F) 62 38 <--This is "standard" solder
- 221C (430F) 96.5 3.5
- 304C (579f) 97.5 2.5

- These temperatures are not really that great. Does anyone know what
- the composition of the silver solder in question?
