  17. Rumor reaches me plastic cased ammunition is under development and may
  18. exist by now.  The military was very interested because the plastic cases
  19. weigh 1/3 what equivalent brass weighs.  That matters when you're trying
  20. to cram enough rounds into a C47 to keep several miniguns supplied ...
