  20. Correct. BATF halted production of them (as well as the open-bolt KG-9),
  21. but the ones in existence are still considered semi-auto pistols. A few
  22. years ago NJ tried to get them classified as Class III, but that effort
  23. failed. I saw one at a gun show yesterday for $699 (RPB M10, .45).
