- A .22 is looked upon with great disfavor by the local police. In fact you
- can't use any rifle or shotgun within Westchester county, NY ( about 40
- miles north of NYC ). Crossman makes a pump-up pellet gun that works just
- as well as the illegal firearm. Go for a head shot.

- Standard cautions apply - make SURE there's something SOLID to act as a back
- stop in case you miss. Practice a LOT before you even think of shooting at
- the woodchuck. A pellet rifle is as dangerous as a normal firearm and in
- fact is against the Geneva Convention.
