  16. A .22 is looked upon with great disfavor by the local police. In fact you
  17. can't use any rifle or shotgun within Westchester county, NY ( about 40
  18. miles north of NYC ).  Crossman makes a pump-up pellet gun that works just
  19. as well as the illegal firearm.  Go for a head shot.

  21. Standard cautions apply - make SURE there's something SOLID to act as a back
  22. stop in case you miss.  Practice a LOT before you even think of shooting at
  23. the woodchuck.  A pellet rifle is as dangerous as a normal firearm and in
  24. fact is against the Geneva Convention.
