  15. An old Japanese nurseryman I used to deal with told me how to
  16. grow them even more simply.  Buy a bag of compost at the
  17. garden center.  Cut the top off.  Punch some holes in the
  18. bottom for drainage.  Plant potato sets about six inches deep,
  19. in the top of the bag.  Water as needed.  Voila, potatos!
