- An old Japanese nurseryman I used to deal with told me how to
- grow them even more simply. Buy a bag of compost at the
- garden center. Cut the top off. Punch some holes in the
- bottom for drainage. Plant potato sets about six inches deep,
- in the top of the bag. Water as needed. Voila, potatos!
