From having watched my machine running or rather Andys, the thing that appears to
take most of the time is ntserv or rather the swopping/contex switch of 16 of them. Why is this forked perhaps it could be written as a single process? I know this is
FOCS but it would be better, The Share memory and the daemon would be left exactly as
they are so it would not affect that. I know what people are going to say..... New
connection would slow it down. However the lisern progie could inform the ntserv via
SHM of a new connection so this would not a problem, We could then us multiplex I/O.
