  13. Has anyone suggested a mod whereby ships that blowup with more fuel do
  14. more dammage than ships that have little fuel?  Also, the way it's
  15. coded on discovery, a fully fueled battleship does the same amount of
  16. dammage as a destroyer with an empty fuel tank.  Is it the same on
  17. other servers?
