- )Yes, for Wiz 7 at least.
-
- A minor correction - instead of 'graphics in the upper left hand corner',
- you have an animated display of the monsters in the main viewscreen
- starting with Wiz6 (also includes wiz7).
-
- Also, the use of realistic shaded/textured graphics for the walls is
- worth noting, rather than the line drawings of wiz1.
-
- I'd suggest sticking with wiz6 and wiz7 for starters - play the earlier
- ones later if you are still interested. Be prepared to live with playing
- from floppies though, as well as line graphics if you go back to the earlier
- ones! [Earlier ones need to boot off of floppy, they use the Pascal P-code
- system rather than DOS.]
-
- Most of the adventures are independent, except for Wiz?4?, 'The Return
- Of Werdna', for which knowledge of Wiz1 is strongly recommended - vital
- at at least one point in the game for guessing a password, and also
- strongly recommended for dramatic continuity.
