- Many people have been complaining about NH++, so let me tell you my plans.
-
- About the source code, I realize it's kinda messed up, Partly because
- it was done for MSC 7.0, so I am about to start trying to fix it.
- The new source will have everything included, to make it easier.
-
- About 8088 processors, I will recompile it for 8086 when the source
- code works.
-
- I have moved to Borland C++, so it might take a little while.
-
- About portability, I will try to get the #ifdef's right in the source
- code. The rest is up to you.
-
- About where it's located: apparently, it didn't get put on at
- ftp.ulowell.edu, so I need another *permanent* place to put it. Any
- suggestions? (I don't know where it is nov)
-
- Just to make it easier to distinguish the new stuff, it will now be
- called:
-
- Nethack Minus Minus
-
- There. That should please all those C++ lovers. You'll have to
- remeber, though, that NH-- is actually the version *after* NH++, not
- vice versa.
-
- Happy Haquing,
-
- Yuval
