  206. The .sh.Z files have been shar'ed and compressed.  To unpack them
  207. under unix, first run 'uncompress' on them and then run them through
  208. 'sh'.  (These are utilities available on all UNIX systems.)  The
  209. .tar.Z files are tarred and compressed.  Run 'zcat filename | tar -xf -' 
  210. to extract.
