  14.     University of Maryland Open Go Championship

  16.   This is the third Open Go Championship organized by the University
  17. of Maryland Go Club. The first two tournaments (which were in Jan. of
  18. 1990 and 1991) were very successful. We had about 50 players at each
  19. tournament and we expect more to come this year. The tournament is AGA
  20. rated.

  22. Format:

  24.   Five round tournament,  open to all players.
  25.   Time limit: 1 hour per player and 20 moves in 5 minutes for overtime.

  47.   Take I-95, get on the Washington Beltway (part of which is still
  48. called I95), exit at U.S. Route 1 (exit No. 25.), take south along
  49. Route 1. After a couple of miles you will see a Jerry's Pizza on you
  50. right. Cross a small bridge after Jerry's Pizza, make a right into the
  51. campus (east entrance). Follow that road, you will see a sign for
  52. public parking. Ask any person for Stamp Union.
