  32. It seems to me that overcalling 1NT over a 3rd seat opener is fairly
  33. good since 3rd seat openers will frequently open garbage (myself included),
  34. and LHO will double with a good 9 points or so.   LHO might take this view
  35. and pass putting pressure on partner to make a reopening double.

  37. What agreements do people have regarding penalizing 1NT overcallers when
  38. you are a passed hand?
