  15. What is the proper method of tipping at blackjack?
  16. I am intereseted in things like frequency/amount.
  17. Also for tipping the dealer by betting for him and you
  18. win the hand. (For example, you bet $5 for yourself and
  19. $1 for the dealer.)  If you win normal, do you give the
  20. delear the $1 won, or $2.  If you win the hand with a
  21. blackjack or after splitting or doubling down what do
  22. you do?

  25. dealers (like for craps, pai-gow poker, roulette, etc.)
